Golden Oak sits among the farmhouse belt of Chattarpur, New Delhi — a green, low-density pocket a short drive from Chattarpur Metro and the Mehrauli–Gurgaon Road. The residence is planned around open living volumes, generous natural light and landscaped outdoor space, with interiors detailed to the same standard as the architecture.
